A strong plan of defense against sexual harassment includes educating all members of the workforce on harassment and discrimination. We must teach acceptable behaviors to all of those who visit our churches. Supervisors must be given additional specialized training on how to properly handle complaints of sexual harassment.
Employee participation is monitored by timed live sessions and periodic polling questions. Once an employee’s attendance has been confirmed, their supervisor will receive a certificate of completion for their employee file.
$15 for Employee training and $25 for Supervisory training
In person training available for southern California churches for $400 per visit.
